Un-install and delete the program directory of any previous software version before installing the new version. Please refer below for full details of how to do this.

Extract the three files ('*.001,' '*.002' and 'setup.exe') that are contained in the zip file using any available unzip program to a temporary directory.

Double click on the 'setup.exe' file and follow the on-screen instructions of the standard Windows install program. Once finished you can delete the temporary files and/or directory. Keep the original zip file safe.

To start/run the program, use the Windows 'Start' menu and navigate to installed programs folder. There should be a program icon visible - double click on it. If you access the program regularly you can 'drag' the program icon on to the desktop to create a useful shortcut.

If at any time you wish to remove the installed program, use the Windows 'Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs' option and scroll down the list to find the required program. Alternatively, there is a very convenient un-install icon included in the program folder. In addition, the program directory should be deleted.

In this way the program will be un-installed in a clean and complete manner.

This program graphically displays Depth, Speed and Water Temperature information received on the PC's communications port from either:

Airmar SMART Depth transducer, or
Actisense Active Depth/Speed/Temperature module

As this picture shows, the NMEA information received is displayed in both numeric form (left column of values), and in history graph form. Only one data series can be shown on the graph at a time.
