Our combination of knowledge in hardware and real time embedded software techniques gives us a leading edge advantage in design capability. |

Our
knowledge of real time software systems gives us a true understanding
of the hardware requirements needed to produce a well integrated and
robust design. As
mentioned in detail on the Software design page,
LabWindows CVI software running on a PC and a real time sampling card
enables early simulation of hardware requirements. This can help to
remove at least one stage of prototyping and thus reduce hardware costs
and project duration. Zuken-Redac's Cadstar is a state-of-the-art schematic capture and PCB layout tool. Our experience using it extends over 11 years and many different product PCB's, both for our own products and other companies. Our hard earned experience in what is required to meet EMC emission and isolation requirements enables us to quickly generate a successful hardware solution at the first time of asking. When a field acquisition system is required (for sampling signals from partial hardware under real running conditions), a user interface compatible with LabWindows PC drivers can be written to meet all your requirements. The data obtained from this can be used to fine tune the simulated product version and so help to define the necessary full hardware design solution. |
